Patient Care Team
Our Patient Care Team are receptionists who have been given specialist training to help them direct patients to the right health professional first time. The Patient Care Team will never try to diagnose your problem or offer you clinical advice, this new way of working is offering you the choice to see other health professionals who will be more appropriate than the GP and who may often be able to see you quickly and easier.
Students
Because we are a teaching Practice you will find that sometimes the Doctors and Nurses will have medical students with them. If you do not wish to have a student in your consultation please tell the Doctor or Nurse, for further information please see our Patient Information Leaflet.
